The pieces of land where chalet is built can be only rented at the price of 3,900,- € excl. VAT per year.
PAYMENT TERMS
- 1st payment - 10 % of the selling price in the form of a booking fee
- 2nd payment - 40 % of the selling price in the form of a deposit paid no later than 10 days after signing the Letter of Intent for Purchase
- 3rd payment - 40 % of the selling price in the form of a deposit depending on the date the rough construction is finished
- 4th payment - rest of the selling price when the ownership is transferred
