The biggest and best ski resort in Slovakia has moved to a European and even world-class level in recent years. Massive investments made in modern infrastructure have not only connected both sides of Mt. Chopok but also helped put Jasná back on the map of World Cup ski races. There are only a few things that need to be done to make the Slovak top centre of skiing and hiking just perfect. It will not take long and the paradise in the embrace of the Low Tatras will be complete. And there is still a chance to be part of it.
Those who know Jasná, know its rhythm of life as well. The moment the dawn breaks, “hungry” skiers travel from Liptovský Mikuláš through the valley of Demänovská dolina to enjoy the best fun and sport on the slope. Modern and big car parks guarantee everybody can leave their cars comfortably near cableways and use the wide offer of ski pistes on the northern as well as southern side of Mt. Chopok.
This might be enough for some of us but others are maybe longing for a place where they could go after skiing or hiking, sit down together, eat something, have a haircut or nails done.
A centre that our people have got used to in alpine resorts where they can take their skis off, lean them against a storage rack and enjoy après ski fun with their ski boots on or to go change their clothes and choose from a wide choice of other programme – everything close to the pistes. There are more and more hotels and guests in Jasná who would like to experience it as well. And this is one of the reasons why a new centre of Jasná should be built in a few years near our Chalets – between the Grand hotel and the end of the piste of Biela púť with a water lake for snowmaking. A new centre with restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and services that clients in developed resorts abroad are used to, a centre that will increase the value of your investment considerably.
